Ray and Slink's plan to sell the stolen cocaine from the Latinos to Zhou backfired when it turns out that the drugs were his, and the Thompsons betrayed the duo by taking the money and drugs. Even worse, Isaiah, the boss of the Southside Prophets, finds out that Slink and Ray took his bearer bonds, but Ray quickly lies and tells Isaiah that the Latinos took the money, and offer his and Slink's services to him, to which Isaiah agrees, but on his own terms.
The first task that Ray does for Isaiah is act as protection for one of his men, who's been spotted by the Latinos at their turf on Coney Island. Ray has to protect Isaiah's man driving in his Andec and fend off any Latinos that come after him in black Cerranos until he arrives at a safehouse in Queens.
Once the mission begins, the player must shoot at the Latinos' cars shooting at Isaiah's man's custom Andec while staying close to his car at all times.
