Slink found out that some thieves broke into his lockup and stole all of Zhou's stuff. He enlists Ray's help to chase the thieves down, kill them and get Zhou's merchandise back. They destroy the escort car and follow the stolen van until the thieves stop at a construction site in New Jersey. Ray and Slink kill the thieves and recover Zhou's supplies.
After Ray and Slink recover the goods, Zhou invites them to meet face-to-face. He tells the duo that he needs special cars delivered to him as a gift for the Tong elders. In exchange for the cars, Zhou will give Ray and Slink a $60,000 reward. When Ray asks Zhou about his daughter, Chen-Chi, he gets angry, forcing Ray to change the subject and focus on getting the cars. Ray says that they need some money to buy the needed gear and pay the bribes, and Slink gets the idea to use the bearer bonds from Elmo's Bar.

This is the first mission in the game where the player gets to use a gun, case in point, the Revolver. The player must chase down the escaping Delivery Van and Regina. Once the player gets close, they must shoot at the sedan until it explodes.

In-game
A Delivery Van and a Regina are seen driving out of the alleyway. Slink pulls out his Revolver and shoots at the escaping thieves. Ray soon arrives in his car.
That's it, Ray. Take that, you sum bitches! Follow the van. Stay with the van, let's see where they take the goods. These big-balled muthafuckers think they got what it takes to steal from me? They entered a world of pain.
Ray and Slink tail the van until it arrives at a construction site in New Jersey.
Don't you sweat on that, the Slink can hustle up some more bearer bonds, baby - as good as money! One day I'm gonna get me a place like this. Funky sounds, smokin' dance floors and fancy drinks with them little umbrellas. My name's gonna be in lights, baby!
