Time to get sneaky. Word is, the Latinos have a stash in some fancy imported set of wheels. You and our buddies, Mr. and Mrs. T, are gonna switch that mother with a twin I got hold of. Do it right, and they'll never know what happened.
The Thompsons are hired by Ray and Slink in their plan to steal the coke from the Latinos and sell it to Zhou. One of those coke shipments is stashed inside a San Marino over at Edgewater. The Thompsons have a plan to steal the car without the Latinos noticing by switching the cocaine car with a decoy car that looks identical, so they can dismantle the real car and look for any drugs hidden within it. Ray is tasked to deliver the decoy car using a tow truck and stay out of Latinos' sight.
Ray delivers the decoy car to the Latinos' turf in Edgewater, steals the drug car and tows it back to the Thompsons in Kearny.
The player has 3 and a half minutes to take the decoy San Marino to Edgewater and steal the coke-filled car.

As soon as the player drives into Edgewater, they'll be warned of the Latinos' presence in the district. There are Latino gangsters patrolling on foot with their Revolvers, and in their black Cerranos. Driving in their line of sight will increase the stealth meter and lead to mission failure if it fills up. In addition, the cops patrol the district too, so slow down when approaching the police cars, as alerting the police will also alert the Latinos.
Once the player picks up the drug car, they have 2 minutes and 55 seconds to tow the car back to the Thompsons. Once again, the player must sneak by the cops and Latinos, but once the player leaves Edgewater, the stealth meter will go away, and the player can safely drive to the Thompsons and drop the drug car at the rendezvous point.

Mr. Thompson
Here's the deal - this car is a replica of the vehicle holding the Latinos' coke. We need you to switch 'em, right under the noses of the Latinos. The target vehicle is secured. You're going to need to tow it back here so that we can strip it down and locate the cocaine. There's likely to be a lit of Latino gangsters in the area. Keep your head down, stay under the radar.
Ray gets into the Wrecker and tows the decoy San Marino in the Latinos' turf in Edgewater, while staying out of their sight. He drops the decoy car and steals the drug car, driving out of the district and towing the car back to the Thompsons.

You made it back in one piece, I see. That was some nice sneaking, son.
Mrs. Thompson
Good work. We'll dismantle the vehicle and locate the merchandise.
Trivia
This mission is very similar to Repoman in Driver: Parallel Lines, as both missions involve stealing San Marinos from a gang with a tow truck.
